ECOLOGICAL SURVEYS
Across our team we have expertise over a range of habitat types and species groups.
We have in-house capability for bird, fisheries and mammal surveys. We also have expertise in specialised areas including marine mammal observation (MMO) and Hen Harrier vantage point (VP) surveys. We are also expert in the use of River Habitat Survey (RHS) methodology. We are experienced in habitat mapping for small one-off developments to the largest of infrastructure projects such as the M3 and the N25 New Ross Bypass.
We have capacity for macroinvertebrate surveys of streams and rivers, giving key biological data on these watercourses. We have completed breeding bird surveys, bat and bat habitat assessments and targeted surveys for protected floral species. We have unrivalled experience in mammal survey techniques and have completed targeted surveys for Otter, Badger, Pine Marten and Red Squirrel.
