Claudia Pascali

BSc

Claudia is an Ecologist and Environmental Consultant with Flynn Furney Environmental Consultants. She graduated with a first-class honours BSc in Wildlife Biology from Munster Technological University in 2023.

At university, she spent her last year looking for gastrointestinal helminths in Pygmy Shrews, and honing her skills in ecology, GIS, habitat conservation management, and environmental law.

Claudia joined the Flynn Furney team in 2022 as an intern and on graduating in 2023, joined the company full-time. Since then she has worked on a wide range of projects, including feasibility studies, ecological surveys for hedgerow appraisals and proposed greenways, as well as appropriate assessment screenings, biodiversity net gain assessments and biodiversity action plans.

A brief stint working on the National Survey of Native Woodlands for NPWS allowed Claudia to gain valuable field skills, and sparked a keen interest in woodland conservation, botany, and a particular curiosity for bryophytes.
